Brendal and his wife Mary are longtime proprietors of Brendal’s Dive Center, Green Turtle Cay, Abaco, Bahamas. Brendal open fire grills a mouth watering array of conch, snapper, and lobster for beach lunches during his dive and snorkle trips. Brendal cooked up such a feast on land for us during a recent visit. We caught a cooler full of yellow tail including one nice Mutton Snapper. Brendal’s recipe for Snapper is so good you have to police hungry fingers from attacking the fish bowl before it gets to the Grill.
