Ingredients:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cilantro
Parsley
Paprika
Cayenne
Tequila
Preparation:
Double skewer the shrimp to make them easy to turn.
Marinade the shrimp and calamari for 30 minutes in a mixture of above ingredients
Squeeze a lime over the seafood just before grilling
Grilling Instructions:
Start with the shrimp and calamari tubes
Add the tentacles about 5 minutes before pulling off the GrillGrates.
