Your Favorite Adobo Seasoning

Pico or Salsa

Slice “Go Veggie” Pepper Jack Vegan Cheese or Your Favorite Vegan Pepper Jack Cheese

Vegan slider buns or Gluten free corn tortillas

Cabbage, shredded

Your Favorite Salsa Verde

Directions

Step 1

Season the four cubes of Impossible meat with the Adobo seasoning.

Step 2

Combine the shredded cabbage and salsa verde.

Step 3

Place the "sliders" on the GrillGrate Rails down on the hot zone of the grill until a brown crust develops.

Step 4

Flip the sliders over and top with 1/4 of the cheese slice. Place slider buns on the grill, cut side down on the grate. (Optional: lightly spread the bun with oil or favorite vegan margarine)

Step 5

Assembly: spoon salsa verde slaw on bottom of bun, place slider on top of slaw and top with pico.
