Pork Chops, 1″ thick

Brine

Apple Cider Vinegar

Pickling Spice

Kosher Salt

Brown Sugar

Black Pepper

Apple Juice / Apple Cider

Directions

Step 1

Mix together all Brine ingredients minus the Apple Juice

Step 2

Place pork chops in a shallow container with brine in the bottom. Then, pour the apple juice over the pork chops until it just covers the pork.

Step 3

Shake and refrigerate for 6 hours, minimum

Step 4

Grill on high heat and grill until at least 145° F. Enjoy!
