Directions

Step 1

Combine secret sauce ingredients and refrigerate until burger assembly.

Step 2

Combine beef, butter, salt, pepper, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a mixing bowl. Form mixture into 4 patties.

Step 3

Using your index and middle finger, place an indentation in the burgers in the middle. This will allow them to cook evenly on the grill and not turn into round balls.

Step 4

Place GrillGrates and preheat grill to 400 degrees. Grill burgers until desired doneness. Flipping halfway through.

Step 5

Before pulling burgers off the grill, add cheese.

Step 6

Crack 4 eggs on the flat side of your GrillGrate set. Cook until whites are cooked through and yolks are still runny. Typically 2.5 minutes.

Step 7

To assemble your burgers, place each patty on a bottom bun. Top with egg, bacon, and jalapenos. Spread 1 heaping tablespoon of secret sauce on your top bun and close your sandwich. Enjoy! After your first bite of burger you'll feel better already!
