Directions

Step 1

Combine all ingredients into a Ziplock bag and marinate for 8-24 hours.

Step 2

When ready to grill, make sure the grill is hot (+500º).

Step 3

Take out strips of short rib and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 4

Place directly over flames and grill about 1.5 - 2 min per side.

Step 5

Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion.
