Portobello Stuffed Caps

Chef Joe uses his favorite air fryer to show us how to make grilled stuffed mushrooms indoors!

Ingredients

Portobello Mushrooms

oz

Onion, Small Diced

1.25

oz

Spinach, Stems Removed, Rough Chop

Ground Beef

1.25

oz

Ground Pork

Parmesan Cheese, Grated

1

Gouda Cheese, sliced (or choice melting cheese)

Boars Night Out White Lightning

Denny Mike’s Pixie Dust

Directions

Step 1

Insert SearN'Sizzle™ into your favorite air fryer rail down and gentle spray with avocado oil spray or choice non stick spray. Preheat to 350°F.

Step 2

With a melon baller or small spoon, gently remove the inside of the mushroom. Dice the inside mushroom pieces.

Step 3

In a medium pan heat oil over medium heat, sweat onion and mushroom pieces 2-3 minutes. Add in spinach and sauté another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt & pepper.

Step 4

Remove onion, mushroom and spinach from heat.

Step 5

In a bowl add uncooked beef and pork, combine with cooled vegetable mixture, parmesan cheese, Boars Night Out and Denny Mike's Pixie Dust seasonings.

Step 6

Divide the meat/vegetable/cheese mixture to fill the mushroom caps.

Step 7

Place stuffed mushroom caps inside air fryer.

Step 8

Cook approximately 8-10 minutes or until an internal temperature of 155°F is achieved. Add gouda (or choice cheese) to the top of the mushrooms, return to the air fryer until cheese is melted approximately 1-2 minutes.
