Saved my grill

I bought a new Weber grill with all the bells and whistles but was disappointed to a point of trying to sell and get a grill like my old one that seared and made the food what it was supposed to be like.
Then I found grill grates and it's what I wanted in my new grill when I bought it.
These grates are well worth the price and the spatula is the bomb !

I have been using GrillGrates for over 10 years now, and they are the best thing since "Sliced Bread". The ones that I ordered for my new Weber Genesis II fit like a glove with no flare ups at all love these things

I knew going into the Weber Genesis e-410 that they were sub-par in the upper temperature range; Topping out between 500 and 550 (ours hits 540 after 30 minutes). Yes, I said e-410 though I am reviewing the set for the 200 series Genesis II. I purchased the 200 series set to use with the Weber brand griddle, part 7599. This combination is near perfect, though if I had to do it over again I would have gone with 4 full size GrillGrate panels along with the griddle instead of the set for the 200 series. The 4 full panels would have been about a 1/2 inch gap on either side, which I'd prefer to the inch or so that I currently have. All that said, the GrillGrate grates are the best I have ever cooked on. They considerably raised the cooking surface temperature. Sear marks are excellent. They seasoned quickly. Are easy to clean. I am very pleased with the quality and performance and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their grilling game.
