If you have a gas grill, these are a must. I had a generic set for my first gas grill. When I bought my new Weber, I ordered the replacement set. The fit is perfect and they make the overall grill look amazing. They really do enhance the gas cooking experience. I would recommend to anyone looking to make their grilling experience great!!

Changed my Weber into an infrared system like my old Char Broil. But these grates are much easier to clean and don't get clogged up like the ones on my old grill did. Nice anodized aluminum doesn't rust.
Fit like a charm

just could not deal with yet another set of grates for Weber spirit 210 and high maintenance that goes with cast iron grates, got turn onto these Grill Grates, WOW easy to install great results and can flip over for griddle cooking!
Now if Grill Grates would sell a replacement Flavor bars made from same metal it would be grilling heaven!
how bout it Grill Gates? Flavor Bars for popular grills?
Brad here Michael.
I don't think Flavor bars will be that important for flavor now... just to protect the burners and disperse heat. The flavor concept is now the valleys of the GrillGrates. Leave yours intact to protect the burners etc, but when they do rust out do replace them! GrillGrate, Eat Well!

I saw the Facebook ads and succumbed to the marketing. My order arrived quickly and was packed well. The grates looked and felt impressive/substantial from the beginning. They were a direct replacement for my Weber grill and easily dropped in place.
The first meal was marinated chicken breasts. I was mindful of the time as I read that these cook faster. They did but I pulled them off in time and they were tasty, moist and flavorful – just as advertised.
Second meal was salmon, which turned out very good but I did overcook it just a little. No one complained but I knew. That’s the only catch, you really need a good thermometer (I didn’t use one on the salmon but now always do) to make sure you’re not overcooking. It heats up quickly and cooks perfectly.
All the advertising is true, the food is juicier, more flavorful with no hot spots or flare ups. I replaced the Weber Flavorizer Bars at the same time so now it’s like having a new grill.
Cleaning – don’t overclean it like I did. According to videos it’s like an iron skillet that seasons with age. It will turn darker with each use and never look shiny again – and that’s okay.

Found these by accident. My Weber cast iron grates were toast. I wanted a better product. Perfect fit, even heat, having adjust to this GREAT feature. Grate tool a plus, I may have to purchase the cleaning brush. Small investment has provided me with a "new" grill. Great customer service!
Great Product! (Mostly)

I received my replacement grill grates and they look and seem heavy duty. You can see and feel the quality.
The only issue I had is they seem to not be a 100% flush fit when closing the lid. There is a "clink" sound, which shows that the lid is hitting the top of the grates at the front edge. Whereas the lid looks perfectly closed, obviously it isn't 100%. Shouldn't change operation at all.
Brad here- check the back of your grill shelf Jonathan- debris and build up can narrow that ledge down and bush the GrillGrates forward a bit. I used a paint scraper and was surprised how much build up on the shelf holding the grids occurs. Enjoy!

I bought these because I was having trouble getting good sear marks with my original grates. These replacement grillgrates have been awesome so far. So far I've grilled chicken, fish and my best steak yet. Highly recommended!
Nice marks but takes too long

Grilling my typical NY strip steaks takes longer using these grates than without them. The grates seem to get plenty hot and leave nice grill marks on the meat but everything seems to take a few minutes longer to cook. GrillGrate back: That is unusual Jeremy- we normally see GrillGrates running hotter. Are you full hot ie 600F +? Timing should be same or less. There is a little learning curve too with GrillGrates. GrillOn!
