Even Heat all the Way Through

I have cook only once since receiving my Grill Grates and hand picked two sirloin steaks of the same size. Preheated grill and through them on. Cooked at same temp and for the same time and they both turned out perfectly medium rare with no burning or flare ups. Couldn't be happier and the whole family said it was the best tasting London broil they've had in a long time. Thank you for making my life so much easier. The only thing I would want is about 3/4-1 in wider to cover the entire surface.
Safe and better grilling!

Food doesn't stick. Even cooking. Rare small flare up when cooking burgers but nothing like before. Waited a long time before getting these. So glad I did!!!

I have an older Weber Genesis Silver B Grill and I thought I would try the Grill grate system I have replaced the cast iron grates and I must that there a big difference in heat control and regulating the temperature and it uses less propane I liked these so I ordered a set for Weber Q1000 gas grill that use in the fire place in my kitchen and some accessories it a great product and I rate it at 5 stars
great grill grates.

Fit the weber spirit 300 perfectly. Cooked ribs on the grill and they were prefect. Set the temp at 200 degrees using one burner. Put some hickory chunks under the grate and above the burners on a metal box. It smoked very well. Went inside for 2 hours, then wrapped them and continues to cook for about 2 hours. I even put some bbq sauce on them at the beginning and they did not flame up. With greasy ribs, you may get the occasional flare up, but I did not have that problem.
70 to 700 Degrees and No Flare Ups

Install takes about 5 seconds. Front to back fit close enough to perfect. Side to side leaves 1/2 inch on each side so near perfect. Aewsome tasty grill marks on steaks and chops, still getting the hang of chicken, it's me not the grates. Being able to put sugar BBQ sauce on during the cook instead of just the last few minutes is a plus. At first it starts to look like these are going to get nasty and fill up the lower channels, valleys, with grill mess but each cook out seems to self clean without a whole lot of brushing, some brushing is needed and for really tough loads of sticky BBQ sauce a putty knife does the trick on the very top grill mark making surface. If you have read this far I think you need to go ahead and order a set for your grill. They are nice and you will love them.
EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATION

The Grill Grates are expensive so I was happy that they perform better than I expected. I was not disappointed. They do heat evenly and flair-ups are nonexistent for me. The design of the Grill Grates suppresses flair-ups nicely. The four prong Grate Tool is much sturdier than I expected and works well turning even the heaviest of steaks. I find the Grill Grates no harder to keep clean than any other grates. The Grate Valley Grill Brush works well clearing the deep channels of the Grill Grate. Since Grill Grates are aluminum they will never rust out and should provide years of service, justifying the initial purchase cost. If I had to do it over I would buy the Grill Grates again and I recommend them without hesitation to friends.

Man! I have to say how impressed I am with my purchase! After some lengthy research and countless review reading, I have decided to take a leap of faith and purchased the replacement grates for
my Weber Spirit E-310! The "what to expect" section that says your gas grill will run hotter is spot on! After the second run I found the sweet spot to run my grill at. I have use my GrillGrates now 3-4 times in the week I received them. First attempt was chicken thighs. Which came out a tad over cooked but still pretty good. The second attempt was boneless pork chops. With a couple heat adjustments they came out plump and juicy! The 3rd time I got a little more daring and whipped up a surf n turf meal with a couple NY steaks, shell on u15 shrimp and grilled corn on the cobb! AMAZINGLY FANTASTIC!! Like my headline states.... "You Won't Regret It"!!

Just got the Grill Grates last weekend and have grilled with them every day since. Even heat distribution, appetizing sear marks and better flavor than I've ever gotten before on a grill.
You must buy them

Recently I purchased new parts for my sixteen-year-old Genesis Silver B: burner tubes, manifold assembly, igniter kit, catch-pan holder and one control knob, for about $200 w/shipping.
I had checked out GrillGrates in the past, and decided to buy. Many - like my wife - would call me silly for spending so much on an old grill, but in my opinion the Silver B is one of the best grills ever made by Weber, and might outlast me!
I am not usually one for superlatives, but with regard to GrillGrates I cannot say enough about how fantastic they are. Upon unpacking them I immediately saw the superb quality of engineering design and workmanship that went into their production. After inserting them, and they fit perfectly, I was in awe of their aluminous beauty. I hated the thought of marring their appearance in any way, but I was hungry for a burger, so whaddya gonna do?
It hasn't take long to season them well. As previous owners already know, they heat up fast, and provide an evenly heated surface, with higher heat at a lower setting than all other grates. Flare-ups? What flare-ups?
If anyone reading is still on the fence about buying, jump the heck off and get them. If I were to buy a new Weber I would immediately buy GrillGrates to replace those new Weber ones. That's a fact.
