GrillGrates have a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your GrillGrates, please call or email us with your order number and details about the product you want to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the item(s) from your order. You only pay to ship them back. We reimburse the full amount including the shipping you paid on your original order. Essentially we split the shipping on returns. Once we receive your returned package we will issue a full refund. We process returns within 72 hours of receiving them into our warehouse.
- Please note: There are no refunds or exchanges on CUSTOM CUT GRILLGRATES.
Please note: All credits issued through credit card companies should appear within 48 hours of processing. PayPal credits are issued immediately.
Exchanges are treated as returns. If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong size for your grill, please call or email us with your order number and we can place a new order for you to ensure you receive the correct product as soon as possible. You can also place your new order online, but please let us know you are returning your original order for refund. Please pack the product tight and secure in its original box, if possible. Include the pack slip or note indicating your reason for return. Once we receive it back into our warehouse we will issue a full refund.
If we shipped you the wrong item or the product is defective, please call or email us with your order number and concerns. We will promptly ship you the correct item. We will include a return shipping label for the incorrect/defective item to be returned to us.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note: Customs Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the consumer.
We are committed to getting your order to you as fast as possible. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Some order may ship in as little as a day. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipement notification email if you provided us with an email address.
Regular ServiceWe ship FEDEX Home Delivery (Ground) as well as USPS Priority Mail. FEDEX Home Delivers Tues-Sat. International, HI, AK, and APO orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.
2nd Day ServiceWe ship via FedEx 2nd Day service in the continental United States. Please note 2nd day orders placed on Thursday will deliver on Monday, 2nd day orders placed on Friday will not deliver until Tuesday. Saturday is not considered by FedEx Express as a business day.
