Grilled Breaded Talipia, Crispy on the Outside, Light and Tender on the Inside- Fish Sticks for Adults!
We love COSTCO and we love their breaded talipia on GrillGrates! The breading holds the fish together and gets nicely crisp with beautiful grill marks. The fish is light and tender, and a great foundation for your favorite sauces.
Mango Salsa or make your own sauce
Bring fish to room temperature and get a sauce ready. Costco’s Mango Salsa is terrific and easy. We warm it up and spread over the grilled talipia for a simple and elegant meal. Another favorite is a Wasabi
- Wasabi Mustard
- 1/2 container of sour cream
- Lime Juice
- Chopped jalapeno peppers or other hot peppers to your taste
- Mix and let sit
Grilling Breaded Talipia with GrillGrates:
MEDIUM Heat 400F Max. 10-15 minutes turning 3 x to get beautiful cross hatch on top-side. If the sear marks are BLACK- you are grilling too hot. You’re looking for Golden Brown sear marks.
Pour Sauce or Salsa over fish or put in a side bowl. Adult Fish Sticks!
