Tina Cannon is a talented classically trained chef. Her European Blend is one of the most unique spice blends we’ve ever used. Tina modeled her spice around the aromatics of spice shops in Paris. She brought her rub to a recent photo shoot and we found it incredibly versatile from making a savory brine, sliced tomatoes, and even in cornbread made for her holiday dressing.

When Tina visited GrillGrate test kitchen a few weeks back she brought her soon to be released European Blend (and Southern Farms Honey) which we used in several of her recipes. Susan claimed the bottle and has since made cornbread using the European Blend. We’re excited to share this amazing new season all with low sodium, and gluten free too!
