Replacement GrillGrate Set for Weber Spirit 300 Series Gas Grill
GrillGrates with the GrateTool are the ultimate upgrade to your Weber Spirit 300 Series. GrillGrates are reversible interlocking panels, giving you two grilling surfaces; rails up or on the flat side. GrillGrates tame flare-ups and even out the hot and cool spots common with all gas grills. This gives you even, stable temperatures across the cooking surface. This set is a drop-in replacement for the stock Spirit 300 Series grates. Constructed from hard anodized aluminum, GrillGrates will never rust. Made in the USA. The GrateTool is made in China.
- Set Includes: (4) 17.375” GrillGrate panels and (1) 17.375” Gap Panel

SEEING IS BELIEVING

I have to admit I read all the reviews on Grill Grates but was skeptical of them. How could these aftermarket grates be all that much better that the cast iron ones that came with my grill? Well I ordered some for my Weber just to say I tried them.
I read you want to cook something fatty the first couple of times to start seasoning the grates so what better way to start a grill bonfire that some thick cut bacon. I got the grill preheated and put it to the test. Impressed does not adequately describe how I feel about this product. The bacon cooked perfectly with no flare ups or burns and was delicious. I cooked on the ridged side and the grate tool worked like a champ when flipping the bacon over. The grates/tool is a well thought out system that works wonderfully together.
A side benefit to cooking on the grill is all the smell is outside. Previously when my wife would bake bacon in our oven the house would stink for hours.
I have since cooked hamburgers, rib-eye steaks, plank salmon, and yes more bacon on the grates. All came out fantastic. The only adjustment I have had to make is lowering the temp setting on the grill cause them grates get hot.
Thanks for making a “great” grate that changed me from a skeptic to a believer.
Love my gas grill again!

Was ready to give up on my gas grill, or shop for a new one. Flare ups and constantly cleaning to keep the mice away. Thought I would give GrillGrates a try before shopping for a new grill.
So happy I did! I love my gas grill again and use it 2 ~ 3 times per week now. All thanks to GrillGrates. In addition to eliminating flare ups, they are very easy to clean. Highly recommend the grate cleaning tool as well.
Happy customer and great product

The product exceeds expectations for both build quality, ease of installation and cooking results. I wish I had purchased them a long time ago, I have one side set up as a grill and the other as a griddle. Generates exceptional heat and even cooking results.

I got the grates a couple weeks ago and used them plenty already. Steaks, burgers, chops and chicken all comes out amazing. Nothing sticks to the grates, grill marks like a pro. No flare ups easy to clean. Wish I had known about these years ago. Well worth the money.

Still experimenting and getting used to the many flexible ways to use these grates. So far I am impressed. I feel a lot more in control of the cooking temperature and not worrying about flare ups is nice. I love using both the rails and the griddle side. So I set my grill up with half griddle and half grates. Love the sealed sear on the griddle and the meats stay moist and juicy.
Weber Silver B - Back in Action

I had moved away from using the propane grill almost all together. I have the GOSM Smoker and Vision Kamado and life was good. I put GrillGrates on the Kamado and was very pleased with the results, but I didn't have enough room when company was over. So I ordered a set of replacement grates fore the 20 year old Weber. Gave the inside a good scrape and vacuum, and the GrillGrates fit perfect. I have always had a hot spot in the back right corner. The 3 burners run left to right. I tried closing off the built in gap on the right and moved it all to the left. Wow, awesome results. The entire surface is within 15 degrees measuring with infrared thermometer. Cool thing is if I put the full gap on the right side I can get 125 degree difference (dual zone). I now use the propane a few time a week for hot dogs, veggies, and quick meals. The first ribeyes were perfect. I couldn't be happier.

Received these a few weeks ago, I have been able to use them a few times. After the first use I thought it was one of the better burgers I have ever tasted. Each time I use the grill, the food turns out better than the time before
Grilling Changed for the Best

My father-in-law received a Grill Grate for Father's Day. We grilled some chicken and I had to get one. Ours is well-seasoned already because we grill a few times a day some days and it is the best grilling we have ever experienced. So glad we made the purchase.
You won't regret buying it

I have used these replacement grates twice cooking chicken hindquarters and in the past, I've always had to keep and eye on it when there would be flare ups especially when I flipped it over, skin side down which always flares up! NO flare ups with these grates! You won't be disappointed. Well worth the money.
Improves any gas grill

I use the flat side as an outdoor griddle almost exclusively. It puts such a nice browning on meat (grill marks are just psychological tricks, you want it all brown, mmmmm). The cooking temperatures of the griddle side are so consistent on the Spirit 300 series measured with an IR thermometer (LLL=350, MMM=450, HHH=550). It's not quite as greasy as a normal griddle as the holes allow some excess fat to drip away, but you don't need to use much fat anyway because after a few uses the griddle becomes really slick (like if you're not careful when flipping, the food will slide across the surface like a hockey puck on ice). I use fin side up for holding wood pellets for indirect heat, but food doesn't touch that side of the grates (I use a stainless cooling rack suspended between 2 panels of GrillGrates on the sides of the fire box so plenty of hot air can circulate in the dome - leaving all/most of the grates in place blocks a lot of the heat from reaching the dome). These really improve gas grills, I can't recommend them enough. I honestly wouldn't bother with GrillGrates for most charcoal grill applications with the exception of wanting to cook really fatty stuff right over the coals and wanting GrillGrates to block the grease fires (hot charcoal can do plenty of browning through a stainless wire grill if you move the meat around a bit but GrillGrates could save fatty burgers or chicken from flame-ups).
