Turns out I only needed one. I measured the opening to be an exact fit, didnt know I needed space on either end for heat to escape.

The grates work great especially if you like the crosshatch lines on your meat. This is my second set, I have another set on my pellet smoker

Absolute game changer for the Bullseye. While it initially seemed a pricey, once I had them in my hand and could assess the quality, it was clear they're worth every penny. Zero buyers remorse. Exceptional custom fit. Beautiful machining and finish. Unparalleled performance for searing steaks with a crust, rather than simply... "diamond grill marks". Elevates the bullseye to deliver steak house quality crusty sears at 550-600 degrees, instead of running in riot mode. That's the only function that was missing. Bullseye's complete.

Great rail system for perfect steaks; great sear...impressive grill marks. I have not flipped over to try as a flat top, but I will do that soon.
