Setup Basics:

Use GrillGrates on top of the Ninja XL Pro Air Fry Oven wire shelf, position in the center
Use Broil setting, food is grilled both from the top and from below the GrillGrates – an ideal way to grill steaks, chops, chicken, and more
Flip GrillGrates over to grill smashburgers, scallops, and stir fry
Use canola oil, Duck Fat Spray, or Grate Wipes to season for the first few uses

Care & Cleaning Basics:

Do not clean GrillGrates in the dishwasher, dishwasher detergent is caustic and will pit aluminum cookware
Soak GrillGrates in mild dish soap such as Dawn
Use scrubbie or steel wool to remove debris and grease
The GrillGrates cleans easily and will develop enhanced non-stick properties with use

Returns Policy

GrillGrates have a 90 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your GrillGrates, please call or email us with your order number and details about the product you want to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the item(s) from your order. You only pay to ship them back. We reimburse the full amount including the shipping* you paid on your original order. We process returns within 72 hours of receiving them into our warehouse.

There are no refunds or exchanges on CUSTOM CUT GRILLGRATES.

If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong size for your grill, please call or email us with your order number and we can place a new order for you to ensure you receive the correct product as soon as possible. You can also place your new order online, but please let us know you are returning your original order for refund. Once we receive it back into our warehouse we will issue a full refund.

I first started out with the Ninja Foodi Pressure Cooker/ Air Fryer & I bought the circular GrillGrate to fry up steaks, I gave that machine to my middle son when I upgraded to the larger Air Fryer, and he’s very happy with the steaks with the grill marks. I bought the GrillGrates for my Ninja Foodi XL Pro Air Fry Oven and I was so delighted with its performance that I also bought a set of GrillGrates for my Weber Spirit 300 Gas Grill. The grill performance was superb the other night when I cooked up some Johnsonville Italian sausage… You now have a client for life! Thank you…!!!

We needed the 10-in-1 XL Pro Air Fry Oven to ‘grill’ steak and burgers or it wasn’t going to be worth it. The GrillGrates just made it perfect!
