Two great foods that go great together! This recipe combines store bought par-baked pizza crusts with all the flavors of a Cheeseburger. Of course we cook ours on the grill so you get that slightly...

 1 lb ground beef
 3/4 cup ketchup
 1/2 cup mustard
 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 1 cup colby jack cheese
1 2-pack store bought par-baked pizza crusts (any variety will work fine)
 1/4 cup chopped red onion
 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1

Brown ground beef. Drain off any fat.

2

Add the ketchup, mustard, pickles, and cheddar cheese to the cooked ground beef.

3

Spread mixture on pizza crusts.

4

Top with colby jack cheese.

Grilling Directions:
5

Grill at medium to medium high heat- 400F at grill surface. Too hot and the crust will blacken too much

6

Grill 8-10 minutes max- LID DOWN

7

After 3 minutes use the GrateTool to peek at the sear marks on the bottom of the pie and quarter turn the pizza. If sear marks are dark black- your grill is hot

8

Check again in 3 minutes quarter turn and see how well the cheese is melting

9

Use the GrateTool to transfer the pizza to a cutting board.
