I only used it once since I got them, but the burgers I cooked looked good with the grill marks and tasted great. Looking forward to cooking a steak on them next

I found out about Grill Grates from Bill Gillespie’s ‘ The Secrets to Great Charcoal Grilling on the Weber’ book. Bill explained the benefits of the Grill Grates and I was sold. I bought them to get the great sear on steaks but GG has so many more advantages. I had them for a few years but one thing I just found out about them is you can turn them over to make great smash burgers. Also, according to the video I watched you don’t need two-zones cool and hot because the cooking temperature on the grates is even across them. I haven’t tried that yet. I’ve always used two zone cooking except for burgers. My advice: Take care of your Grill Grates and they will take care of you for life. Don’t trade them in. They season with age and get better with age.

I have the Spirit 400 Series. I took a couple of emails to tell me to order the 300 which is the same size. Your website should be updated.

Handy brush that's designed to get between the grates to keep the valley's clean and the vent holes unobstructed. I do wish it was a material that doesn't rust, however.

I've been a GrillGrate user for years and was glad to get them for this new, smaller grill. The setup is already getting use. Strangely, there was an extra 2" wide piece of grate in the box...I guess it's a souvenir and a way to show folks how they work 🙂

This was my 2nd purchase of Grill Grates. #1 is for my Pit Boss 1150 Pro series pellet grill which was an outstanding purchase and is well used. #2 purchase is for my 22” old school Weber charcoal grill. I just love to smoke an 1 1/2” Rib Eye in my Pit Boss 1250 Competition series pellet grill then reverse sear them with the Grill Grates on the Weber 22”. I also flip the grill Grates over smooth side up for shrimp and smash burgers. Grill Grates are an exceptional value and when you get free shipping it’s an even better deal. I highly recommend this product

The product I got was cut just a tad short so you have to be very careful when you put it in cause otherwise it’ll fall to the bottom could’ve used about another third of an inch in length but otherwise good product.
