I replaced another pellet grill that worked only intermittently with the Zgrill 700. I am unhappy with the Zgrill ability to maintain heat and more importantly to sear meat. GrillGrates didn’t do anything for maintaining set heat, but the new grates store enough heat that sear results are significantly improved. Now I only have to watch internal grill temp as it is getting up to set temperature. Then I just cook.
