Butterfly the steak with the grain, season generously with Denny Mike's Pixie Dust and Boars Night Out. * To achieve desired thickness place between plastic wrap and gently pound with mallet or wine bottle.
In a bowl combine the ground beef, pork, onions and mushrooms.
One one end of the flank steak apply a 'log' of half the beef/pork mixture. Repeat this process on the second piece of flank.
Starting with one end and roll steak, secure with twine or toothpicks.
Place each roll in airfryer, after 4 minutes rotate. Repeat rotating each roulade 2 more times or until the internal temperature reaches a minimum of 155°F is achieved.
Remove roulades and allow to rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
