French Toast and Impossible Sausage
Impossible Sausage, Savory
Sourdough Loaf, cut into 12 slices
plant based butter
strawberries; washed and quartered
flaxseed or chia seed, finely ground
oat milk or favorite plant based milk
In a shallow bowl, whisk flax or chia seed with plant-based milk. Allow to thicken uncovered for 15 minutes.
Form Impossible Sausage into 12 patties.
Preheat Sear'NSizzle grate flat side up and cook for about 1.5 minutes on each side. Remove from the grate and keep warm.
On the preheated Sear'NSizzle grate, brush with cooking oil or plant-based butter.
Dip slices of bread into the oat milk mixture for about 10 seconds on each side and place onto grate.
Cook until brown on each side (about 1.5 minutes per side).
