French Toast and Impossible Sausage

 14 oz Impossible Sausage, Savory
 1 tbsp cooking oil
 1 Sourdough Loaf, cut into 12 slices
 3 tbsp plant based butter
 12 strawberries; washed and quartered
 3 tbsp flaxseed or chia seed, finely ground
 1 cup oat milk or favorite plant based milk

Prep the Dredge

In a shallow bowl, whisk flax or chia seed with plant-based milk. Allow to thicken uncovered for 15 minutes.

Cook the Impossible Sausage

Form Impossible Sausage into 12 patties.


Preheat Sear'NSizzle grate flat side up and cook for about 1.5 minutes on each side. Remove from the grate and keep warm.

Prepare French Toast

On the preheated Sear'NSizzle grate, brush with cooking oil or plant-based butter.


Dip slices of bread into the oat milk mixture for about 10 seconds on each side and place onto grate.


Cook until brown on each side (about 1.5 minutes per side).

Serve & Enjoy

Serve french toast and the Impossible sausage patties with maple syrup, powdered sugar, and fresh strawberries.
