Impossible Spicy Sausage and Red Onion Pizza
Preheat the GrillGrate flat side up.
Crumble Impossible sausage into pieces about the size of a quarter or smaller until all the meat is browned and evenly cooked, remove from the grill. Don't be alarmed if the Impossible sausage appears partially cooked - you'll be cooking it again on the pizza!
Grill the slices of Red Onion while the sausage is browning on the side of the GrillGrate rails up or down.
Place premade pizza crusts on GrillGrate rails up.
Spread pizza sauce lightly and evenly. Top with vegan cheese, partially cooked Impossible sausage, and grilled red onion.
Grill for 2-3 minutes. Rotate crust one-quarter turn. Place basil leaves on pizza and grill for 2 more minutes.
Remove from grill and let cool for 3 minutes. Cut into slices and garnish with red pepper flakes (optional).
