Beef Short Ribs

Directions

Step 1

Season the ribs evenly on all sides and pat the seasonings into the ribs.

Step 2

Mix the marinade.

Step 3

Place the short ribs in a large zip top plastic bag and pour the marinade over the top. The beef short ribs need to marinate overnight for best taste. Turn bag every 4 to 6 hours to enhance the flavor.

Step 4

These Korean style beef short ribs need to cook on a grill, on GrillGrates, over Med to High heat. The short ribs only need to cook 5 minutes on each side.

Step 5

After the total 10-minute cook time on the Korean style short ribs, let them rest a few minutes and serve.

    What do you mean by 45 fresh ginger chopped?
