Lamb Stew Meat Cut Into Chunks

Red Onion Cut Into Similar Sized Chunks

Greek Yogurt

Dried Mint

Lawry’s Seasoned Salt to taste

Olive Oil

Lemon Cut in Half

Wooden Skewers Soaked in Water

Directions

Step 1

Set up your grill for direct grilling, high heat

Step 2

Skewer the lamb and red onion onto the wooden skewers

Step 3

Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Lawry's salt and 1/2 of the dried mint

Step 4

Mix the other half of the dried mint into the yogurt to make the sauce

Step 5

Grill lamb skewers until they reach an internal temperature of 145F

Step 6

Squeeze lemon over grilled kebabs

Step 7

Serve immediately with sauce and maybe some grilled naan
