Directions

1

Insert SearN'Sizzle™ into your favorite air fryer rail down and gentle spray with avocado oil spray or choice non stick spray. Preheat to 350°F.

2

With a melon baller or small spoon, gently remove the inside of the mushroom. Dice the inside mushroom pieces.

3

In a medium pan heat oil over medium heat, sweat onion and mushroom pieces 2-3 minutes. Add in spinach and sauté another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt & pepper.

4

Remove onion, mushroom and spinach from heat.

5

In a bowl add uncooked beef and pork, combine with cooled vegetable mixture, parmesan cheese, Boars Night Out and Denny Mike's Pixie Dust seasonings.

6

Divide the meat/vegetable/cheese mixture to fill the mushroom caps.

7

Place stuffed mushroom caps inside air fryer.

8

Cook approximately 8-10 minutes or until an internal temperature of 155°F is achieved. Add gouda (or choice cheese) to the top of the mushrooms, return to the air fryer until cheese is melted approximately 1-2 minutes.
