Next time you have guests over, skip the chips and dip and do this easy (and impressive) Prosciutto Wrapped Brie on the grill with grilled peaches and honey. Pair with some baguettes or crackers of your choice and dive right in!
Apple Wood Chips
Lay out the prosciutto then put the brie on top of it. Wrap up the brie until it can't be seen
Smoke the brie using apple wood chips at 225 for five minutes.
Cut up the baguette, and put the olive oil on it. Bake at 350 for ten minutes.
When brie is done smoking, take off the grill and put peaches on GrillGrates with the rail side up.
Once peaches have a nice char, remove from the grill and chop up the peaches.
The brie only smokes for 5 or 15 min?
