Preheat the SearNSizzle™ in the middle position on broil for 10 minutes.

Using your hands, combine the fresh ground beef with seasonings in a bowl. Mix well to make sure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Form the burger into a four to five inch round patty that’s close to an inch thick on a piece of parchment paper.

When the SearNSizzle™ is preheated, flip the burger patty onto the rails and peel back the parchment paper. Set the cooker to air crisp at 390F for 10 minutes.

Cook the burger flipping once for about five minutes per side or until beef reaches your desired internal temperature.

 8 oz freshly ground beef
 1 tsp dijon mustard
 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
 0.50 tsp onion powder
 0.50 tsp garlic powder
 0.50 tsp kosher salt
 0.50 tsp ground black pepper
