Preheat the SearNSizzle™ in the middle position on broil for 10 minutes.
Using your hands, combine the fresh ground beef with seasonings in a bowl. Mix well to make sure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Form the burger into a four to five inch round patty that’s close to an inch thick on a piece of parchment paper.
When the SearNSizzle™ is preheated, flip the burger patty onto the rails and peel back the parchment paper. Set the cooker to air crisp at 390F for 10 minutes.
