This recipe is to make some beautiful ‘Wreath’ Pizzas, grilled over a hot fire using Grill Grates. You can get creative with the toppings. Most of the toppings will go on the pizza after it has been cooked, as finishing toppings. These pizzas can serve as a main course, or an incredibly tasty appetizer.

Ingredients

Servings

Urban Slicer Pizza Mojo (Red & White)

Whole Milk Shredded Mozzarella

Salami

Prosciutto, sliced

Red Bell Pepper

Fresh Spinach

Roasted Red Peppers

Ricotta

Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the Urban Slicer Outdoor Grilling dough as the instructions state, on the package

Step 2

Prepare a grill for hot cooking. Using Grill Grates is important, so we have a perfectly even cooking surface. It also helps create those beautiful grill lines.

Step 3

Stretch the pizza doughs into round circles and transfer to a pizza peel

Step 4

We will par-bake (pre-cook) these pizza crusts, one side at a time.

Step 5

Launch the pizza dough onto the hot Grill Grates and cook for about 1 minute, then rotate 90 degrees and cook for 1 more minute

Step 6

Flip the crust over and repeat the same process

Step 7

Set the crust aside until you are ready to eat

Step 8

When you are ready to cook the pizza, cut a small circle out of the center of the pizza dough, to create the wreath effect. You can use a pizza wheel, knife, or a cookie cutter

Step 9

Top the pizza crust with the shredded whole milk mozzarella and generously sprinkle with both Red and White Urban Slicer Pizza Mojo

Step 10

Cook the pizza over the GrillGrates until the cheese is bubbly and completely melted

Step 11

Add the rest of your toppings as desired

Step 12

Slice, serve and enjoy!
