Grate Grilled Corn

Corn is the quintessential summer side dish, especially when it’s in season – there is nothing better! Linda O. (aka “Mama Shed”) shared this nice twist on grilled corn. It is quick and easy and the taste is out of this world. An interesting twist to this recipe is to add some cold smoke to the corn before you coat it with mayo and season it.
