Bama Grill Master makes these Red Snapper Tacos on his GrillGrates...no baskets, no foil, and no cedar planks in sight!



Red Snapper

Olive Oil

Favorite Blackening Seasoning

Corn Tortillas


Shredded Carrots


Creamy Siracha


Step 1

Put olive oil on favorite red snapper as well as favorite blackening seasoning.

Step 2

Using the flat side of GrillGrates, spray with duckfat to prevent fish from sticking to the grates, then allow grates to heat up.

Step 3

After grill is preheated, put fish on the grill and allow to cook one minute to a minute and a half on both sides. Once fish is fully cooked, remove from grill and put corn tortillas on the grill. Toast both sides of the tortilla.

Step 4

Put a couple of avocado slices on the corn tortillas, followed by the fish, shredded carrots, jalapenos, and creamy siracha.
