Grilled Marinated Lamb Chop Recipe

Grilled lamb is the perfect dish for dinner parties. It is easy to grill, quick, and interactive. Marinate the night before and grill the next day!

 6 Lamb Chops
 2 tbsp minced garlic
 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
 zest and juice of one lemon
 1 tbsp coarse sea salt and pepper
 2 tbsp olive oil
 pinch of cayenne pepper


Add all ingredients except lamb chops to a food processor and blend to make a marinade.


Add to the Lamb chops in a bag and squeeze out all the air and marinate for 2-4 hours up to overnight.


Remove lamb chops and let them come to room temperature while you heat the grill to medium-high heat and spray with oil, we use the duck fat spray.


Grill Lamb chops on the grill grates for about 2 minutes per side or until medium rare.


I always hit the cooked lamb chops with some fresh lemon juice after grilling to bring in some brightness and zing.
