Directions

Remove the steak from the refrigerator

Season the steak and allow it to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes

Set the SearNSizzle™ to cook in the middle position

Preheat the SearNSizzle™on broil for 10 minutes

Place the steak in the SearNSizzle™ and air fry at the highest temperature for four minutes

Flip the steak and continue to cook for an additional two to four minutes

Cook until the steak reaches your desired internal temperature

Allow to rest for five to ten minutes and serve

 1 tbsp each salt and pepper (or)
 1 tbsp your favorite steak seasoning
