Swai is a nice, inexpensive fish that can be found at most supermarkets in country. It is usually frozen but can be found fresh occasionally. This simple recipe is intended for entry-level grillers looking to try new things on their GrillGrates. If you can find swai tilapia will work fine.

Preheat grill to medium or about 500f at the GrillGrate surface.

Brush swai fillets on both sides with olive oil.

Sprinkle seasoning on both sides.

Place fish on preheated grill and cook for about 5 minutes before rotating 45 degrees. Lift and twist with Grate Tool.

Cook an additional 2-3 minutes before flipping.

1-2 more minutes and the swai should be finished. You do not want to overcook it as it will dry out.

Fish is cooked once it reaches an internal temperature of 145f.

Remove from grill, garnish with lemon and serve immediately.

 4 Swai Fillets
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 salt and pepper/BBQ Rub/Favorite Seasoning
 4 lemon slices
