I browse YouTube for grilling/smoking ideas. Started seeing competition steak guys using PK Grill with Grill Grates. I was immediately intrigued. Did some research and found excellent reviews. I use a CharGriller cheap offset smoker with a gas grill attached (Model 5050). I had all but given up on cooking chicken (or any extremely fatty meat) on the gas side because the resulting fire from flare ups would incinerate instead of cook the meat. The Grill Grates put an end to that. I LOVE them. I only wish I had ordered the custom cut units to replace my cast iron grates. That said, once I figured a way to stabilize the Grill Grates on top of the originals, I was 'cooking with gas'. Absolutely love them. Great product...reasonable price.

We have a built in grill that had been refurbished numerous times over the years. Cast Iron outside is bulletproof but burner & grates rust out. Have always had problems with flame ups. After replacing burner we chose the GrillGrate set. This is the best our grill has ever been. Finally, the perfect grilled steak. Use the flat side for perfect grilled fish.

always good to have for reference, we have ours on our fridge to avoid any sun damage and best part was it was free!!!! definitely will buy another if needed.

Makes the best steaks ever. Steaks look like they're from a fancy restaurant everytime. Super easy to use with the spatula it comes with no more scraping meat off the grill!!! And to make your life easier get the brush for easier clean up!

At first, I was dubious, but the sear marks very clearly speak for themselves; these work very very well. It didn't work as well for the first few cooks until the bars got better seasoned, but the suggested onion trick is brilliant. I would have given these 4.5 stars, because the one problem is they do slide around a decent bit on my grill, which could have been resolved by making these lock together

A friend recommended these to me and I trusted his judgment - boy, was he right?! These grills do everything they say they do. They heat quickly and evenly. They reduce flare ups. They give me the best grill marks I've ever seen! They work equally well whether in grill or griddle orientation. I'll be needing a new grill and you can bet I'll get grillgrates for it too!

Just like the reviewer before the corners of my grill grate for the Foodi Grill scratch the corners of Foodi bin. I align the corners as best I can using the grills insert but you can still hear/feel it scratch as it lowers into the bin. And this was on my brand new grill. So disappointed. Should just cut off the corners and sand them down as they are not of any use because of where they fit into the grill. ++++++++++++++++++ Brad here we are looking at this issue- our test group did not report it but we've heard it a few times. Blunting the corners is a good idea. We don't want to make it smaller if we can avoid it.

These grates make searing a breeze. It’s fun switching from the grated side to the flat side for a different crust. Both sides cook well. The grate tool is very cleaver and makes flipping and turning steaks/burgers so easy. It’s such a simple idea I wonder why others haven’t done it? Anyway this kit is a must have for pellet grills. Can’t say enough good things about it.

So I have these on my M Grills C4 and love them. I got a Kimberley Karavan that has a Weber 1000 on it so I thought a great addition and they are but I had to grind off every edge so the lid can close. I have done it twice now and I still don’t think I have taken enough off. They stick inside the lid so never just lay flat. ++++++++++++++++++++++ Brad here- love to see a pic of this. The Q has various series and you are right the fit is a bit clumsy with the clam shape- cost was out of site to make it contour. I just got a Weber Q Electric and super pleased with the GG but like you the fit is not perfect- but my food is! #GrillOn

I had written that I liked the grill for the Ninja Foodi Grill but that I'd had no response to my problem. I did get a response and my problem was taken care of. What I thought was a peeling off of the coating was a discoloration that can be caused by using the dishwasher; I had read that I was not supposed to use the dishwasher, but I did use a grill and oven cleaner spray that must have caused the problem. I have learned that soaking the Grillgrate grill in the Foodi pan with Dawn and warm water for about 15 minutes will indeed make the grate very easy to clean. Soaking is the key. I make wonderful smash burgers using the flat side of the Grillgrate grill. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ So glad we were able to resolve the issue Lee! #GrillOn

You've purchased the GrillGrates, and you're loving them! But what do you do about cleaning between the rails after a cook, so that left overs from the previous cook don't become part of your new creation? Please, purchase this Grill Brush! It makes cleaning between the rails incredibly easy during warmup.

After getting GrillGrates for my outdoor electric apartment patio grill, I took saber saw to a 24" panel to make interlocker panels for a basic indoor electric toaster oven so to have the grillgrate sizzle-effect indoors. The GrillGrates absorb the high heat quickly and distributes it up the rails for good searing power for: crisper pizzas, tasty hot dogs, BBQ chicken wings, grilled sandwiches. And GrateTool works great for pizza removal! ++++++++++++++++++++ Grate ingenuity Doug! #GrillOn

I have Grill Grates as a replacement for my grill and thought this might be useful for my Ninja Foodie Grill. It's worse than just using the default grill. It does not create good (or any) grill marks. It makes the food smoke in the machine way more, and it makes a bigger mess than not using it. At a minimum they should drill holes in the grate like they do on the original version so grease can drip through. This is a big pass for me... It's like they didn't test the product. ++++++++++++++++++++++ Brad here Robert- we tested the heck out of it with a group of 4-5 "influencers" as well as purchasing one. Sorry they did not meet your expectations. Remember with a no questions asked refund policy!

It didn't take but the first grilling to see this is the best grill surface that I have ever used.
